The Head of Strategy and Communications is an exciting post, offering a great opportunity to develop core business strategies, and to co-ordinate the delivery of our cross-cutting strategic objectives by managing the delivery of the development programme set out in our 3 year Business Plan. You will also lead our internal and external communications activities, ensuring they are well planned and fit for purpose. You will have the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development of the organisation as a whole, working collaboratively within the leadership cohort.

Strategy, Planning and Performance Manager
We are recruiting a Strategy, Planning and Performance Manager. The position sits within our Strategy and Communications team in Corporate Functions and provides a great opportunity to work across the organisation and with the Scottish Government and our external stakeholders.
The role provides an excellent opportunity to help co-ordinate the delivery of our cross-cutting strategic objectives by managing the delivery of the development programme set out in our 3 year Business Plan. You will also monitor and report on performance of projects across the organisation, provide excellent briefing on a range of subjects to senior leaders and the Board, and support the work to develop new ways of working and activity in the areas of equalities and sustainability.
Salary: £39312 - £47065
