Event description: Increasingly, accountants are finding themselves having to advise clients on Scottish Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT) and provide education and understanding around the 3-yearly review process – something which was typically the domain of property lawyers.
Whether you’re managing your own transactions or advising clients, a clear understanding of the lease review process is crucial for ensuring compliance and providing effective and informed guidance.
In this webinar, experts from Revenue Scotland provide valuable insights into the key issues surrounding LBTT, helping you navigate these processes and better support your clients who are buying, selling, leasing or investing in land and property in Scotland.
