Landfill Operators can now submit their first quarterly return for Scottish Landfill Tax

From today (1 July), Landfill Operators have 44 days to submit their first quarterly return for Scottish Landfill Tax.  Those operators who are registered for the online portal (SETS) can submit online, and there is also the option of a manual return.  Guidance for the returns process is now available on the Revenue Scotland website.
