The Cabinet Secretary for Finance, Employment and Sustainable Growth announced the proposed rates and bands for LBTT and SLfT on 9 October 2014 was part of his Draft Budget statement for 2015-16. The rates and bands are subject to Parliamentary approval. The Draft Budget has been published on the Scottish Government website.
