A number of Scottish Statutory Instruments have now been laid in Parliament forming part of the secondary legislation for Land and Buildings Transaction Tax (LBTT). Further instruments, including those on sub-sales development relief and LBTT rates and bands, are due to follow in advance of April 2015.
