Scottish Landfill Tax Register
In accordance with the provisions of S.24, Landfill Tax (Scotland) Act 2014, Revenue Scotland maintains an SLfT register which contains the information required to help us manage the tax. This register contains the SLfT registration numbers, business names and addresses and site addresses of those registered for SLfT.
You will need to contact Revenue Scotland in circumstances where your registration information changes, if you discover it is inaccurate, if you no longer intend to make disposal to landfill in Scotland, if you de-register for SLfT or if you become bankrupt. We will use this updated information to maintain the SLfT register.
