Help shape the future of the Scottish Electronic Tax System (SETS)

Revenue Scotland is planning to introduce a new version of SETS in the coming years. We are currently looking to hear SETS users’ initial thoughts on the service and what may change.

Your feedback will help inform the future design of SETS and ensure it better meets the needs of agents and taxpayers.

The survey should take approximately 5-7 minutes to complete.

This is the first in a series of wider planned engagements. At the end of the survey, you will also have the opportunity to:

• Volunteer for a follow-up discussion in August/September.
• Express interest in joining a future SETS External User Group that will help shape the service as it is being built.
