This session will give you an introductory overview of everything you need to know about Green Freeports, how the relief will work, qualifying land and how the relief can be claimed?

There will also be an opportunity for a Q&A session at the end of the presentation.

Additional Dwelling Supplement (ADS) – an overview

Thursday 11 May 11.30-12.30

This session will provide an overview of the Additional Dwelling Supplement (ADS) , including an update on guidance, how to avoid common mistakes, as well as information on recent litigation and on the live Scottish Government's ADS consultation. There will also be opportunity for participants to share their views on the ADS and comment on the new guidance, as well as ask questions.

Introduction to leases

This session will give you an introductory overview of everything you need to know about leases, including how to complete a three-year review, assignation and termination returns and non-notifiable lease transactions. We will also talk through common errors and how to avoid them, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions about any issues you have encountered yourself.
