Terms and Conditions for using the Scottish Electronic Tax System (SETS).
During the Sign In process on SETS for the first time, individuals will be asked to accept the Terms and Conditions by checking a box following review.
The Terms and Conditions on SETS have been developed following engagement with the Law Society of Scotland which reflects the roles and responsibilities of organisations, firms and individual users.
If for any reason a user does not accept the Terms and Conditions, they will not be able to use SETS.
