Please ensure you complete both the buyer’s and seller’s address on the form. Missing out the buyer’s address is the single biggest cause of paper forms failing validation. If you do not fill in the buyer’s address, the form will be sent back to you. Where your LBTT return is not accepted, any related application for registration of title will not be able to proceed.
