Terms and Conditions
All users of the upgraded SETS will be asked to sign-up to a set of Terms & Conditions ('Revenue Scotland Online Services Conditions of Use') that have been developed following engagement with the Law Society of Scotland which reflects the roles and responsibilities of organisations, firms and individual users.

During the process to sign in to the upgraded SETS for the first time, individuals will be asked to accept the Terms & Conditions by checking a box following review. If for any reason a user does not accept the Terms & Conditions, they will not be able to use SETS.
Guidance for current SETS users on the sign-in process for the upgraded system will be published shortly.
